In late-1990s Puerto Rico, two barbers chasing a singing career, a dancer, and a fledgling producer navigate the underground scene that would go on to become reggaeton. A drug-dealing rival producer, Omar, stands in their way, and their efforts come to a head at a nightclub event.
Nio García, credited under his earlier stage name Che Robótico, leads the cast alongside Manny Montes as the producer Víctor and Kendo Kaponi as the antagonist Omar. A share of the film's proceeds went to a Puerto Rican center for children with ADD and autism.
