BIOGRAPHY

I. Early Years / Letraz Fina

Joseph Rivers, known as "Rompe" during Letraz Fina Enterprize's early years, was part of the creative circle around the project during Brujo y D Voiz's early stage.

His involvement was mainly tied to behind-the-camera work and the visual development of the Letraz Fina circle. That stage marks the start of a career that would eventually grow into filming, editing, production, and audiovisual direction.

Outside of that historical context, his professional identity is presented simply as Joseph Rivers.

II. Audiovisual Development

By the mid-2010s, Rivers had begun building an independently documented audiovisual career.

In 2015, his work already appears tied to filming and behind-the-camera content. Among the records from that period is documentary footage of Tempo's return to Lawrence, Massachusetts after his release from federal prison — documentary material, not a music video.

That same period also includes Big Pun's Squad Reunite, presented as a Joseph Rivers exclusive and made alongside collaborators including Dante Luna and BD3 Films, with Rivers credited on filming and editing.

III. Documentaries, Interviews, and Music

Starting in 2016, Rivers expanded his work into documentaries, interviews, music videos, and productions tied to hip-hop artists. His verified credits from this period include Noche Fria (filming and editing), The First Born (co-direction, filming, editing, and production), the interview with Cuban Link and Chris Rivers (filming and editing), The Queen Has Arrived ft. Chris Rivers (co-direction, filming, editing, and production), Bronx To The Bean (co-direction, filming, editing, and production), the interview with Jim Cornette (filming and editing), and Do What I Want (production alongside Dante Luna).

His work during this stage reflects a shift from the traditional behind-the-camera role toward a fuller presence within the creative audiovisual process.

IV. Collaboration with Brujo Live and D Voiz

Joseph Rivers also kept an important audiovisual connection to Brujo Live and D Voiz.

On Me Lo Advertía, he worked alongside Dante Luna on co-direction and filming, in addition to handling editing. Production was credited to Joseph Rivers, Dante Luna, and Brujo Live.

He later took part in Dime Como Sigo, Brujo Live's tribute to D Voiz, again alongside Dante Luna. On that project, Rivers is credited on co-direction, filming, and editing, in addition to taking part in production.

These projects represent a connection between his later professional career and the same artistic circle he had been present in during Letraz Fina's early years.

V. Visual Career

Over time, Joseph Rivers built his own identity as a filmmaker, director, director of photography, editor, and producer, developing music, documentary, interview, and visual-content projects.

A 2019 promotional piece presents him as a filmmaker and notes that he began his audiovisual development around 2015 working behind the camera, before expanding into direction and production.

His official archive also holds work tied to hip-hop artists and figures, as well as projects developed independently and in collaboration with other creatives.

VI. Legacy Within the Archive

Joseph Rivers' career connects two important chapters of the story: his early presence within Letraz Fina Enterprize's creative circle, and his later development as an independent audiovisual professional.

His place in the archive isn't limited to a single function. Over the years he appears tied to filming, editing, direction, production, documentary work, and behind-the-camera work, building a visual career that kept developing long after Letraz Fina's first stage.
